Help at Home C-Suite Interviews | Corporate Video Production Louisville

Every corporate communications director knows the challenge of filming the C-suite — schedules are tight, expectations are high, and the messaging must be flawless. We traveled directly to the Help at Home corporate headquarters in Chicago to capture their executive leadership team.

To accommodate their demanding schedules, we set up a seamless multi-camera environment on-location at HQ. This allowed executives to step in, deliver their messaging comfortably, and step out without a single hitch in logistics.

The Production Challenge

Filming top-tier corporate executives requires a crew that is fast, hyper-professional, and completely invisible to the daily operations of the corporate office. We provided the complete production infrastructure—including premium lighting design, multi-camera coordination, and teleprompter operation—ensuring that the final footage met national corporate broadcast standards.

By handling the gear, technical setups, and environmental management, we ensured the executive team could focus entirely on delivering their message.

I was blessed to have my grandparents pretty much most of my life, you know, they lived up until 94-96 in their home with a degrees of freedom and the dignity that they wanted and deserved. They were fortunate to have us as as family to be able to take care of them. But we were also fortunate to have caregivers when I was in college. I actually worked as a caregiver in a long-term care facility working with the elderly and disabled was one of the most meaningful and impactful jobs that I had. So I feel like when I came to help at home my career kind of went full circle, but now I'm able to help on a much broader scale. From a personal perspective. I was attracted to help at home based off of the fact that we've got caregivers within each client's home. And we're able to do this on a scaled basis across the US it's a way to impact a multitude of people with the services and the support that we offer. I took care of my mom when she was sick both my brother and sister and I did and we realized just how difficult it is to do that job and being able to do that for her as her daughter. I can only imagine somebody else going into somebody else's home to do it and I just wanted to be able to make it easier and better, you know, I've been in healthcare for Ever 20 some years and I never thought about being Healthcare in the home. And so I figured there's a serious Gap there and I wanted to be a part of fixing that. What we're doing effects thousands of lives every day and if I can be a part of that organization making it stronger that was very much a part of my desire to be involved in the team. I've enjoyed I've been Guided by the ideals of giving back and serving others, which is exactly what this company does. In fact our core values of the company among others include those giving back and serving others and that was consistent with my life philosophy as well as my personal and professional philosophy. The staff is incredible is that the staff is the reason I'm here. I've been here 26 years as of today and I wouldn't be here this long if it wasn't for the people the people I really what makes the company I joined help at home because for the last 26 years. I've been spending my life trying to improve the health of the community. in various different Health Care leader roles But what I realized was help at home drives a personal connection with clients and caregivers. And it allows me to to help people on an individual basis in a way that in in other organizations. It just wasn't the same what we're building here at help at home isn't just building for the community at large. I'm personally building this to help my friends my family and the people I care about I think this is one of the most important and underutilized pieces of our Healthcare ecosystem.
