LG&E and KU Tornado Restoration | Corporate Documentary Video Production

When severe tornadoes tore through Kentucky, LG&E and KU field crews deployed into the damage to restore power — and we deployed with them. This corporate documentary tells the story of utility crews working in punishing conditions: downed lines, heavy machinery, and communities counting on the lights coming back on.

Documentary work in an active disaster recovery zone demands a crew that can capture the story without getting in the way of it. We filmed in the field alongside the restoration effort, bringing back authentic footage of the work and the people doing it — the kind of material that serves a utility both internally, honoring its crews, and externally, showing its communities what response looks like.
