Pride of Cincinnati Winter Guard | Performing Arts Video Production

This piece is one of the favorites of my career. At a time when a lot of things were not happening due to Covid, including the 2021 WGI World Championships, we had the privilege to create this truly special piece of art.

Over the course of 6 months we worked with the team at Pride to concept a once in a lifetime performance video for the 2021 WGI virtual season. Over two packed days at the Jarson-Kaplan Theater — an intimate, state-of-the-art performing arts space downtown inside Cincinnati's Aronoff Center for the Arts at 650 Walnut Street — we employed multiple cameras interspersed with the performers. We even did some on-site editing to ensure transitions flowed properly. All while still adhering to those Covid distance protocols, masks, and all the other things that made 2020 and 2021 so unique. The result is this video that will stand the test of time.
